Another month .. another run .. This past weekend I ran the BridgetoBridge run from the Embarcadero's Ferry Building to the edge of the Golden Gate -- Bridge to Bridge! It was a very good run because the weather was nice and it was great to run through and see the Golden Gate Bridge towards the end of the finish line. For this race, I wanted to focus on my breathing as I run. From all the runs that I have participated in the past year .. this particular run I was satisfied with. Although I finished this 10k in 1:11:20. I thought I had done better .. but I'll take it as practice before my big Vegas Half Marathon in 2 more months!
