HCG Day 14 - 6 Apple Day Diet ...

I went to the MedSpa today to get a weigh in .. turns out I was only down .4 from last week ! .. sad but yes.  I do have a big clue as what led to this ... Since I worked 16+ hours at work, I was really hungry .. and I really craved for food that the co workers brought for a potluck.  Having to work alot of overtime this weekend, I was not able to control my cravings. 

This is disappointing.  Of course, I didn't tell my doctor I loaded up on carbs and every single thing I could get my hands on.  He just told me that I lost alot during the first week and not to worry and that I am still on track.  I remember reading about the 6 apple day diet ... I need to consume water and have an apple about every 3 hours for a day without any other food.

hCG 6 Apple Day Diet in 24 Hours
