Antigravity Yoga "Wings" - Crunch


Ever since I started my training/workout regimen at the gym .. I've taken real interest in this class called Antigravity Yoga.  Basically it is a large piece of silk fabric that is hung from the ceiling .. this can hold up to 1000 pounds.  It is very similar to yoga .. but you can hang on the silk hammock to perform different poses that you wouldn't be able to do with regular yoga.  And with you get to hang upside down and do front and back flips as well.  
It feels different when you are suspended in the air upside down .. after the class is over .. I feel refreshed in a way .. full of energy .. it also helps with my core muscles and makes my body stretch in ways that my trainer can't help me with .. unless she can hang me upside down ..
