Today was my second training session with Alexa .. I believe to good results that you want .. you have to have a good relationship with a trainer. A trainer can just train you but to have a better workout session .. it is better if you guys match .. and able to enjoy the actual training session.
Alexa is awesome .. when I first met her I felt that she really wanted me to reach my goal and was excited to start training me. Although it's only our second session .. I feel that we have a good client/trainer relationship .. we joke around .. yet she still wants me to enjoy it and have fun. Although she works me like a dog and I am currently very sore right now .. I feel that I get a good workout and look forward to working towards my goal.
I have been going to the gym every day this week .. just working on cardio when I am not working with Alexa. I have incorporated some carbs into my diet .. but not the starchy ones. I am feeling good about myself .. and I can't wait how long it will take me to get to my goal weight.
Today I weighed in at 215.5
