GTL - Being trained by the "Asian Situation"

According to Urbandictionary.com -- GTL is the process of staying fresh and mint. Stands for "Gym, tan, laundry." Must be done everyday to achieve maximum potential. Side effects include fist pumping.

Since Alexa left Crunch a few weeks ago .. I have been working with James.  I thought Alexa worked me like a dog at the gym .. but James works me twice as hard.  He genuinely wants me to achieve my weight loss goals.

I came across a quote last night that stuck in my head  ...

“I hated every minute of training, but I said, don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life a champion.” – Muhammad Ali

Honestly .. I dread working out with James but at the end I feel great about myself because I know he's giving me that energy to push myself to do better.  He pushes me to the maximum when I start swearing and cussing with a head full of sweat like the Niagra Falls. Most of the time I feel like quitting but like the quote says .. "suffer now and live the rest of your life a champion" ..

This morning .. I decided to weigh myself on the scale .. and after a few weeks of my weight plateau .. I finally saw the weight drop.  With determination ... the weight will eventually drop .. when the weight plateaus for a week or two .. it may bring you down .. but you will eventually see results ..
