Blog Vacation .. Gymspiration!

Hi Everybody!

This will be one last blog entry before I head on a vacation.  I will try and update as often as possible .. as I am carrying my bodymedia fit armband with me.  I managed to pack my running shoes and a few gym clothes.

I'm not sure if I mentioned before that I was interviewed by a writer from www.myoptumhealth.com.  The article talks about how we social media to help in our weight loss goals.  The article can be found here.  "Fitness in 140 Characters or Less"
