The Jawbone UP also has this feature as well but I prefer the NikePlus GPS because you can set audio feedbacks to tell you how far you have gone and the average pace. Better yet, you can link your Facebook and Twitter with the account so it'll automatically update after you are done with the run. It gives me that extra push when the audio comes on and tells me how many miles I have ran so far.

With these reviews on BodyMedia, Jawbone UP, and NikePlus GPS ... It is hard to do a review on all 3 programs at the same time .. but by looking at the Jawbone UP and NikePlus GPS .. the calories burned are significantly off. I was unable to track my BodyMedia fit at the same time simply because I had the Nike Plus GPS on while running. I pressed the active mode on my Jawbone UP so it gave me the regular chart of my progress.
I am currently wearing my Jawbone UP on my non dominate arm where I also have my BodyMedia Fit strapped on. But I think I made up my decision in whether to keep or return the device. I'll give it at least a week.
I hope everybody is having a good start of the week .. my goal this week is to start running around the lake more often .. this will definitely help me train for that "5K" ... its good to run against the wind and look at the scenery around me instead of the treadmill at the gym.
