HCG Day 23 & 24 - PRK

Sorry if it seems like I have been behind the past 2 days.  I have not forgotten about this blog at all.  There has been alot of things going with the PRK ( Project Remodeling Kitchen ).  Don't think I've fallen off the wagon at all.

I've have had a lot of questions asked regarding what do I do after the HCG Day 40 approaches and how do will I manage to keep the weight off after.  I haven't really thought about it .. but I am going to go back to the gym and workout.  I hope to maybe lose a little more and maintain the weight that way.

These past 2 days I have been trying to eat as healthy as possible... no cheating or anything.  But I did drink some diet coke .. which is okay .. but not preferable. The weight loss seems to be slowing down a little bit... but hopefully I'll lost a little more before the program ends.

Today I weighed in at 225

  1. Ken- I have read a few of your posts on one of the yahoo groups. I know what you mean about looking for support. Sometimes it's hard to get. They are all very strict and severe about reminding you to stay on Protocol. BUT they have a reason. It really is hard to support you when you are only 'kind of' doing it per P & I. Your weight loss is great, and I'm happy for you, but the big concern is the stabilization. Have you read about the people having problems in that phase? Sometimes the tiniest things will make it difficult to stabilize. That's where HCG is supposed to be different from other diet. Not in the fact that you can lose weight, but because you are supposed to be able to keep it off in the end.
I know it's hard to do this diet when you are working, and you did amazing at the wedding! I think I would've done a planned interruption so I could eat all that great stuff!
There are some great vlogs on YouTube as well. I get a lot of support there, from my fellow vloggers. They are a little more open minded than some of the people on the yahoo groups.
Anyway, I want to be supportive of you, but in order for me to do that, you have to try harder to follow Protocol...
I really do wish you the best- and hope you stabilize well!
    Jenn
