Keep Your Head Up ...

The last few days have been very rough for me.  It seemed like it was a never ending cycle.  I think I finally gotten calmer and more de-stressed enough to realize things will get better.  I was listening to my iTunes today and this song by Andy Grammer came on .. and I listened to the lyrics and kept this song on repeat ... This was definitely the pick-me-up power song that made my week.

This song made me realized that it may seem things aren't going my way right now but I just have to keep believing and things will get better.   Battling with my weight is just one of those things.  The weight plateau that I have been experiencing the past 2 weeks has been a downer for me.  This led to the stress eating over the weekend .. I acknowledged that .. and its just a bump in the road .. so now I'm moving right along.  I just have to continue doing what I've been doing and things will eventually move along.

Life will throw curve balls at me, I just have to know how to dodge it! This is indeed a journey of my weight loss with a lot of stories to be told in between ... this is why I am blogging about it.
