I am writing this at 2:30 am with only at most 5 hours of sound sleep in the past 36 hours. With the work hours that I have and trying to squeeze a workout in before sleep somewhere .. My body feels like its been hit by a truck, ran over by a train, and has been stepped on by thousands of people.
Mentally .. I am tired .. because of the lack of sleep I can barely concentrate on things that I need to .. Physically ... I feel sore .. because I have been going to the gym every since day to work on cardio ..
I know people will tell me that this is not healthy .. and I wont see the results I want to see ..
Alexa, my trainer has told me many times to choose one day of the week to call it my rest/cheat day. If I don't have a rest/cheat day then my weight would probably not go down .. Going to the gym everyday for the past few weeks have made it a habit .. if I don't go .. I feel uncomfortable, flabby, and useless. The scale has not really changed much for the past week .. except for increase in weight .. but there is nothing to brag about there.
Sunday will be my rest day this week ... I would like to thank all the readers who have come onto this blog to read about my journey so far. I appreciate all the support!
