June 2011 -- That was the last time I went to Vegas .. weighing in at 250 pounds .. tomorrow I go to Vegas a brand new person and weighing about 40 pounds less. I bought new v-neck shirts when I went shopping yesterday ... I bought size L ... I would never have fitted into that back in June.
I took a photo today just to see what I would wear to Vegas .. I think I found my outfit! I will be gone for a few days .. not sure how I will deal with all the food and alcohol .. but hey .. its inevitable .. its just a bump in the road ... but I will be back and ready to start my routine all over again.
