Well, I'm back from Vegas .. It was an awesome trip with my friends ... everybody knows Vegas isn't good for you ... in my case ... I gained a significant amount of pounds and wasn't working out. It's been a tough couple days .. I only got at most 5 hours of sleep for the 72 hours we were out in Vegas ... It's hard to really watch what you eat and drink when where are so many food options floating around everywhere in Vegas.
Now its time to head back to the gym and try to work everything off. I went to see the trainer this morning and I felt really tired .. but the sweating made it a little better. It was hard to go back to the gym after a few days off. But I just have to get back to the grind of things and continue working it.
