Since I started running in all these organized races ... I will need to run on various days alone. I found this GoSportID . It is a bracelet where you can customize a quote that is inspirational to you .. and on the back you can put an emergency contact just in case something happens do you while running alone.
I wore this bracelet to a race this past weekend. And when I wanted to stop .. I would just glance at my bracelet because 2012 "The Year of No Maybes!" has been life changing for me. I was able to participate in my first 5k race in Feb and a few more after that. My body started changing through the process and it still is. I am grateful for everything that has happened so far .. it is already August .. and I do know good things are coming in the next 4 months!
