10 Minute Salsa made by Me!

Many of you asked what can I really eat on a 500 a day diet.
It is hard .. But like I said in my earlier posts, I eat Talapia and Chicken.  To add a zing onto the fish and chicken, I made a salsa to put over the fish or chicken.  This gives it a little more flavor.  Knowing that this is fat free with no added sugars and such makes me feel better when I eat it.

I have a magic bullet so it sped things up a little bit.  If you know how to use the magic blender .. this will be easy.

Ingredients:
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes chopped
  • Cilantro
  • 1/4 of an onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
The finished product is kind of runny, but it still has some garlic and onion flavor in there which helps.  When I am ready to take some out of the jar, I'll use about 2 big tablespoons full over my chicken or fish.

I'm no Gordon Ramsey .. so don't judge me! :-) Its not the best salsa but its made by me! what else can I ask for. Enjoy!
