Many people who have messaged me tell me that according to Dr Simeon the foods I'm eating right now are not part of his original protocol. I have read this protocol, Pounds and Inches: A New Approach to Obesity. The foods I'm eating are a modified version. Lots of people tell me that I should stick with his protocol. But I feel whatever is working for me .. I am definitely sticking to that plan. So far it has been helping me lose a pound a day.
Whenever I am out, I always use my iPhone and looking on the net to see if I can eat a specific food item. Since the protocol calls for strict foods you can or cannot eat, it is hard to pick the food. But since I am always connected to the net, the iPhone comes in handy because it gives me information quickly.
These past few days have been very hard for me .. especially today. I ate really more than I should have and now my weight is showing. The trend with weight this week is around 235-234. I had temptations .. and I gave in a little .. now I regret when I stand on my scale.
