Weight loss this week has looked like it has slowed down. This is discouraging only because I have been doing everything according to the diet. But who said weight loss was an easy process. People ask me what I am going to do after I finish with this round of HCG ... am I going to go and load up on carbs and eat whatever I want? If anything, this process has made me learn to portion control, control my appetite, and watch what I really put in my body.
My appetite has not really been a big problem these last few days. I am able to control when I want to eat. Of course what I want to eat is a different story ... there are a few instances at work this week where people brought in ice cream, chips, cookies, and food that don't pertain to my diet list. This is hard watching everybody eat in front of you and telling you its ok to maybe eat just a little piece. When I run into this issue, I usually drink ice cold water, this helps to get my stomach cold and this helps with the hunger.
I hope to possibly go down to 220's by next week. But I think this will be hard as I have a wedding to go to next weekend. For now, I'll work harder to try and get there.
